Therapy Offered-Adults

Initially, full assessment is done to identify root cause of  specific pain and any other problems and treatment/therapy will be tailored to the individual with techniques like mobilisation of joints, manual therapy, deep tissue mobilization and strengthening and stretching exercises. Initial session lasts around one hour.

Biomechanical Analysis

                   Biomechanical assessment, observation and diagnostic skills are paramount to the best treatment.

 Poor technique/ activity/posture is one of the most common sources of repeat injury. Treating the cause is more important which needs biomechanical analyis/assessment. So we at our clinic aim at finding the root cause before the therapy.

            A variety of techniques can be used to reduce pain, such as joint mobilisation, postural management, electro modalities, positioning advice etc.

 

Exercise Programmes

            Programmes can be tailored to your needs whether it is to build up stamina and fitness or to stretch and strengthen individual muscles. Our movement training help to maintain joint movement or can be used to provide invaluable feedback to ensure effective strength training.
